Odstartoval tak \u0161ampion\u00e1t l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 na\u0161emu organismu v\u00a0mnoha sm\u011brech pom\u00e1haj\u00ed. Bude m\u00edt tenhle z\u00e1vod jednoho jasn\u00e9ho v\u00edt\u011bze?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ne\u017e se za\u010dtete do startovn\u00ed listiny, bylo by dobr\u00e9 si p\u0159ipomenout, \u017ee antioxidanty jsou l\u00e1tky posiluj\u00edc\u00ed na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed na celul\u00e1rn\u00ed \u00farovni. V\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euj\u00ed riziko po\u0161kozen\u00ed ze strany ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f, tedy l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 v\u00a0t\u011ble vznikaj\u00ed v\u00a0reakci na nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed druhy stresu. V\u011bcn\u00e9mu souboji mezi antioxidanty a voln\u00fdmi radik\u00e1ly zabr\u00e1nit nem\u016f\u017eeme, je to d\u011bj p\u0159irozen\u011b prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00a0lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble. Jedn\u00e1 se o l\u00e1tky p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho p\u016fvodu, obvykle rostlinn\u00e9ho, i kdy\u017e existuj\u00ed i takov\u00e9, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eeme hledat v\u00a0\u0159\u00ed\u0161i \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9. V\u00a0t\u011ble ohro\u017een\u00e9m voln\u00fdmi radik\u00e1ly jsou schopn\u00e9 tyto \u0161kodliv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky neutralizovat a t\u00edm jim zabr\u00e1nit v\u00a0po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed bun\u011bk \u010di p\u0159\u00edmo DNA. Pokud m\u00e1 tenhle z\u00e1vod favorita, pr\u00e1v\u011b ho pozn\u00e1v\u00e1te. Tato l\u00e1tka vznik\u00e1 v\u00a0j\u00e1trech ze t\u0159\u00ed aminokyselin: glycinu, cysteinu a glutaminu. V\u00a0t\u011ble pln\u00ed celou \u0159adu funkc\u00ed, mimo jin\u00e9 m\u00e1 protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky a blokuje po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA vlivem voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hodn\u011b se mluv\u00ed o jeho tzv. anti-aging efektu, kter\u00fd \u00fazce souvis\u00ed s\u00a0potla\u010den\u00edm oxida\u010dn\u00edho po\u0161kozen\u00ed bun\u011bk. Pokud toti\u017e sledovan\u00ed jedinci konzumovali po dobu osmi t\u00fddn\u016f 250 miligram\u016f resveratrolu a k\u00a0tomu intenzivn\u011b cvi\u010dili, resveratrol potla\u010dil pozitivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky cvi\u010den\u00ed a nap\u0159\u00edklad hodnota maxim\u00e1ln\u00edho vyu\u017eit\u00ed kysl\u00edku se u t\u011bchto lid\u00ed zlep\u0161ila v\u00fdrazn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e u kontroln\u00ed skupiny, kter\u00e1 dost\u00e1vala placebo. N\u011bkter\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky resveratrolu tedy nejsou kompatibiln\u00ed s\u00a0n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm tr\u00e9ninkem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00fdsledek<\/strong>: navzdory jist\u00e9mu handicapu je resveratrol antioxidantem se zcela v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdm potenci\u00e1lem. Mohl by uva\u017eovat i o medailov\u00e9m um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>KOENZYM Q 10 <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Setkat se m\u016f\u017eete i s\u00a0jeho m\u00e9n\u011b obvykl\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem ubiquinone, jde o l\u00e1tku rozpustnou v\u00a0tuc\u00edch, kter\u00e1 se uplatn\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch mitochondri\u00edch. Napom\u00e1h\u00e1 toti\u017e produkci energie.
